Cancellation Policy

Term Contracts

Early Termination Fee: $150.00

Term contracts may only be cancelled early for the following qualifying reasons:

•       Relocation — Member must relocate more than 25 miles from the club. Requires one proof of move: driver's license, settlement statement, utility bill, or post office confirmation letter.

•       Permanent Disability — Requires a doctor's letter on official letterhead stating that the member is permanently unable to engage in physical activity for 12 or more continuous months.

•       Death — Requires a copy of the death certificate.

To submit a cancellation request, written notice must be provided at least 30 days prior to the next payment due date by completing a cancellation form online. All membership dues must be brought current, and all club property must be returned at the time of cancellation.

Open-End Contracts

Members on an open-end contract may cancel at any time by completing a cancellation form online. Written cancellation notice must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next payment due date. All dues must be brought current, and all club property returned at time of cancellation.
